Basic characteristics of the product:

The P305 sanitary pressure transmitter uses high-precision and high stability imported diffused silicon as the pressure sensing chip of the transmitter, matched with high-precision and high stability amplification integrated circuits with zero point, full-scale compensation, and temperature compensation. It converts the pressure of the measured medium into standard electrical signals such as 4-20mA and 0-5VDC.
The product structure adopts a unique condensing device and a fully sealed stainless steel structure, which greatly improves the impact resistance, overload capacity, and sealing performance of the product. The product has a high temperature resistance of up to 800 ℃ and a maximum pressure of 150MPa. There are multiple ways to connect the product process and electrical connections, which can maximize the satisfaction of user needs.

Please carefully read the product manual before installation to verify the corresponding technical specifications of the product:
1. Connect the transmitter correctly according to the wiring diagram.
During the wiring and installation process, do not cut the cable or damage the waterproof and moisture-proof protection device of the transmitter to prevent the transmitter from losing its waterproof and moisture-proof function.
3. The product should be installed in a ventilated, dry, and non corrosive environment. When installed outdoors, protective devices should be added to avoid direct sunlight and rain as much as possible, otherwise it will affect the performance and service life of the transmitter.
4. During installation, use a wrench to connect the pressure interface thread directly to the threaded installation port of the tested system at the hexagonal position of the product wrench (pay attention to the compatibility of the threaded interface). It is prohibited to use any tools to connect the product shell and cable outlet components for product installation. When the measured pressure is high, nylon or copper gaskets and other materials that provide compression sealing should be installed.
5. The transmitter is a precision measuring instrument. Do not use strong impact or falling to avoid damaging the transmitter.
6. It is strictly prohibited for the medium temperature, pressure range, and excitation voltage of the tested system to exceed the rated operating range of the transmitter.
7. Pay attention to protecting the signal output cable of the transmitter. When used in industrial sites or with large spans, it is recommended to use metal pipes for protection or overhead. Do not loosen the sealing nut of the cable outlet during installation and use.
When cleaning the pressure hole of the transmitter, trichloroethylene or other cleaning solution should be injected into the pressure hole, gently shaken, and then poured out. Repeat this process multiple times. Be careful not to use any tools to insert into the pressure hole during the entire cleaning process, otherwise it may damage the pressure sensitive components.
9. With zero point one click reset function, the adjustment method is: during power on operation, press and hold the reset button for 1 second when there is a deviation in zero point, and then release it.
common problem:
1. Current type products have no signal. Please check if the product connection cable is reversed or not securely connected.
2. The zero signal of current type products is abnormally low (3.3mA or below). Please check if the power supply voltage is too low or if the sampling resistance (load resistance) is too high.
3. The zero point signal of current type products is abnormally large (4.8mA or above). Please check if the power supply voltage is below 2V or if the sampling resistance (load resistance) is particularly large.
4. Voltage type products have no signal. Please check if the product connection cable is reversed or not securely connected.
5. The zero position signal of voltage type products is close to the full range signal. Please check if the output line of the product is connected in reverse with the negative wire of the power supply.
